Cantonese Style Sausage Claypot Rice
Overview
It's simple and easy to learn. I thought it would take a long time to cook it in a casserole over low heat, but in about half an hour, the fragrant claypot rice with sausage was ready.

Steps
-
Add a little oil to the casserole, add rice and water and bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer slowly.
-
When the fire is low, you can stir it from time to time to avoid burning the pot.
-
Slice sausage and green onion. I'm used to eating Cantonese-style sausages, which taste a little like wine.
-
Simmer over low heat for 15 minutes, add the prepared sauce (three spoons of light soy sauce, one spoon of oyster sauce) over low heat for one minute, turn off the heat and simmer for 3 minutes.
-
When the rice looks like picture 2, add the sausage. At the same time, if you are afraid of drying the pot, add a little oil and light soy sauce to the edge of the casserole
-
The fragrant sausage claypot rice is completed.
-
Add chopped green onion when pouring the sauce.
