Ingredients
Steps
-
After the butter has softened at room temperature, add sugar and beat with an electric egg beater until the butter is slightly white and puffy. Add the egg liquid and continue stirring until the egg liquid is completely absorbed.
-
Add the sifted low-gluten flour, cornstarch and vanilla seeds and stir until it forms a dough.
-
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. Take the dough out of the refrigerator, sprinkle it with hand flour, and use a rolling pin to roll it into a 5 mm thick dough.
-
Use the mold of your favorite shape to take out the cookie dough (I use a round or flower mold with a diameter of 5 cm, and you can take 10 to 12 pieces) and place it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
-
Place the latte art sifted powder mold on the cookie dough, use a soft-bristled brush to dip in sugar-free chocolate powder, freeze-dried strawberry powder or matcha powder, first use a light tap to color, and finally brush it lightly.
-
If you want to color the same cookie with different colors, be careful not to mix them.
-
After the painted biscuits are put into the oven preheated to 180 degrees C, immediately lower the oven temperature to 160 degrees C and bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
-
Take out the baked cookies and place them on a cooling rack to cool.
