Grilled prawns with spicy pepper
Overview
I bought shrimps today, so I had some grilled shrimps. This method is to marinate them for more flavor, but don’t add too much ingredients! Because the taboo in cooking is not to let the flavor of the seasoning cover the deliciousness of the main ingredient itself, otherwise what you will eat is a mouthful of seasoning flavor!

Steps
-
First prepare 8 shrimps, clean them, peel them, remove the heads and leave the tails
-
Use a knife to cut the shrimp back, use a toothpick to pick out the shrimp line, and use a knife to cut through the shrimp from the back to the belly, leaving a small long opening
-
Pass the shrimp tail through the slit on the back of the shrimp through the belly
-
Turn your belly over and put your tail up, then you can lie there steadily
-
One plate has been processed, spare
-
Cut green onions into small pieces
-
Take a bowl and beat one egg white
-
Put the green onion slices into the egg white, add an appropriate amount of salt and pepper, and stir evenly
-
Wrap each shrimp in egg white, then put it on a plate and marinate for more than 20 minutes
-
After marinating for twenty minutes, put a layer of tin foil on the baking sheet, place the shrimp on the tin foil, and brush the surface of the shrimp with a layer of corn oil
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 5 minutes. Add the shrimp, then bake at 210 degrees for 3 minutes, then turn to 190 degrees and bake for 3 minutes. Take it out, sprinkle in an appropriate amount of salt and pepper, and bake for another 2 minutes

Just pose and enjoy! It tastes super delicious, so delicious😋
