Ingredients: Beef tenderloin, green onions, and peppers.

Shred the beef tenderloin crosswise, and cut the peppers and green onions into small pieces.

Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, pepper and starch to the beef and marinate for 15 minutes.

Heat the wok, add vegetable oil, add beef and stir-fry.

Stir-fry until the beef changes color and is cooked for about 7 minutes.

Add green onion and pepper and continue to stir-fry.

Finally add salt and chicken essence and stir-fry evenly.
