Braised pork trotters

Braised pork trotters

Overview

Pig's trotters are rich in collagen and are the main ingredient for beauty. It is a good choice to eat some stews to warm the body in winter. The Sichuan way of eating is Lao Ma's trotters. Only kidney beans are put in the pig's trotters. However, my mother-in-law is not used to eating kidney beans, so I put vegetables instead.
