Stir-fried pork with lentils
Overview
Stir-fried pork with lentils is a common home-cooked dish, and the preparation is relatively simple. It combines meat and vegetables, and it is a great dish to go with rice. I remember when I was a kid, I often boiled lentils and then fried them. They tasted very delicious. Nowadays, almost all stir-frying is direct frying, but if the lentils are not cooked, they will be poisoned, so if they are fried directly, they must be stir-fried slowly until cooked, and a little more oil is needed.
