Cheap potato pancakes with delicious taste
Overview
I love making all kinds of food, even though I'm not a professional chef, Chinese and Western snacks. I know a little bit about all kinds of snacks, Northeastern stews, Southern stir-fries, and various pasta recipes (laughs). It is my unremitting pursuit of delicious food that I am not too lazy to make. Today’s potato pancake has taught me many friends in my life. It is simple and easy to use, especially when one person is eating, it can serve as both a dish and a meal. I would have a plate every now and then at noon.

Shred the onions first. Minced ginger, chopped green onions and shredded carrots are ready.
