Braised noodles with cowpea and pork belly
Overview
Every two days, the girl had to eat braised noodles. She didn’t know how to make them at first, but later she learned how to make them and often made them for her. Then she made a tomato and egg soup. To use the girl’s words, it’s just one word: great! So I made it again today and posted the recipe by the way so that more mothers can learn how to make it for their babies! Because I am making it for children, I make it relatively light. If parents think it is light, they can add some more chili and garlic cloves

Ingredients
Steps
-
First cook the pork belly, then cut into thin slices and stir-fry
-
Stir-fry until the aroma is released and the meat turns brown.
-
When the meat is fried and the oil turns brown, add the prepared cowpeas, then continue to stir-fry until the cowpeas are almost the same color, add light soy sauce, salt and continue to stir-fry
-
After the cowpeas are the same color, pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot to just cover the cowpeas, then cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
-
After the cowpeas are boiling in the pot, spread the noodles on top of the cowpeas one by one, then continue to cover and simmer for a few minutes. Remember not to stir at this time.
-
When the lid of the pot continues to smoke, you can open it, then stir-fry the noodles and cowpeas until they are evenly distributed, and then serve.
