Ingredients
Steps
-
Cut the lotus root slices into 2-3 mm thin slices and cut the tomatoes into small pieces
-
Slice garlic (if you like onion and ginger, you can cut some minced onion and ginger. I think just adding garlic is enough. Just decide according to personal taste)
-
Take a small bowl to make the sauce, add a spoonful of soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and chicken essence, stir well (if you like oyster sauce, you can add a little oyster sauce)
-
Pour a little salad oil into the wok
-
When the oil is 40 to 50% hot, add the tomato cubes and stir-fry
-
When the tomatoes are fried to produce a little soup, add the garlic slices (I chopped extra onions and ginger for other dishes today, so I put them in together)
-
Stir-fry the garlic slices for three to five seconds and then add the tomato sauce (I used phoenix wheat this time, personally I think Haitian’s is more delicious)
-
Stir-fry until thickened, add sliced lotus root slices, stir-fry evenly
-
Add the prepared sweet and sour sauce
-
Stir-fry evenly, taste for saltiness, and add an appropriate amount of salt to taste (you can add two drops of sesame oil, stir-fry evenly and taste good)
-
After stir-frying, collect the soup, take it out and serve on a plate
