Honey two-color yam
Overview
Tieguang yam is a good yam. Although peeling is a little troublesome, it tastes better. It is said that yam has a variety of vitamins and amino acids, as well as calcium supplement and beauty effects. The easiest way to eat it is to steam it. In order to whet my appetite, I tried using color. Of course, this is juice made from natural bayberry, and the other color was not successful.
