Overview

The chef machine kneads the dough faster than the bread machine. Today I used the ACA chef machine to knead the bread dough. The spinach juice was used to knead the dough, and the spinach juice I beat today was not particularly delicate, so the dough kneading time took a little longer. In addition, I started kneading at a low speed, so it took a total of 15 minutes to get the dough out. Later, I tried the white toast dough again. I used the 2nd speed to knead the dough, and the dough came out in ten minutes. Moreover, the amount of dough can be kneaded at one time, and it can knead up to 1,000 grams of dough. Today I used 500 grams of dough and made two pieces of toast. A chef's machine is more powerful for kneading dough!

  1. First put the blanched spinach and cold water into the juicing cup, and turn on the 6th gear of the ACA chef machine,

  6. Then turn on the mixer and knead the dough at setting 1 for 5 minutes, then turn it off for 2-3 minutes
