Spinach Toast & Sandwich
Overview
The chef machine kneads the dough faster than the bread machine. Today I used the ACA chef machine to knead the bread dough. The spinach juice was used to knead the dough, and the spinach juice I beat today was not particularly delicate, so the dough kneading time took a little longer. In addition, I started kneading at a low speed, so it took a total of 15 minutes to get the dough out. Later, I tried the white toast dough again. I used the 2nd speed to knead the dough, and the dough came out in ten minutes. Moreover, the amount of dough can be kneaded at one time, and it can knead up to 1,000 grams of dough. Today I used 500 grams of dough and made two pieces of toast. A chef's machine is more powerful for kneading dough!

Ingredients
Steps
-
First put the blanched spinach and cold water into the juicing cup, and turn on the 6th gear of the ACA chef machine,
-
Mash spinach into paste
-
Take the required amount of spinach paste and put it into the dough bucket of the chef's machine together with eggs, sugar and salt
-
Then heat the high-gluten flour and yeast powder
-
In less than 2 minutes, the dough will form into a ball. At this time, turn off the machine, add softened butter, and wait for 5 minutes to allow the dough to cook naturally.
-
Then turn on the mixer and knead the dough at setting 1 for 5 minutes, then turn it off for 2-3 minutes
-
Knead the dough at high speed for another 5-8 minutes, and knead the dough to the expansion stage
-
When the dough is kneaded, only a small part of the dough touches the dough barrel, and the dough rolls smoothly
-
The glove membrane can be pulled out. Because I didn’t beat the spinach finely, the dough looked a little rough, but in fact the dough was already kneaded very well
-
Reconciled dough
-
Cover with a wet drawer cloth and ferment until doubled in size
-
Deflate the air in divided doses and relax for 10 minutes
-
Then roll them into long strips and roll them up
-
Place into toast mold
-
Moisturize and ferment until eight minutes full. The other toast box I used was shallow, so it was quite full
-
After the oven is preheated to 180 degrees, place it in the oven and bake for 35 minutes. If there is no lid, you can bake for about 15 minutes and then cover with tin foil
-
Unmold the toast immediately and let it cool
-
After cooling the toast, I cut it into shapes using a heart-shaped mold to make a more beautiful sandwich
-
Peel the steamed yam, add appropriate amount of yogurt and beat into yam puree
-
Peel the steamed purple sweet potato, add appropriate amount of yogurt and beat into puree
-
Put the two types of clay side by side into a piping bag. I used a six-tooth piping tip
-
Put two heart-shaped toast slices together to form a heart-to-heart shape, squeeze the yam and purple sweet potato puree into a flower shape, and make an open sandwich. There is another piece of toast that needs to be cut off a little
-
You can also add yam and purple sweet potato puree in the middle and squeeze it into flowers to make a traditional sandwich. This sandwich is my favorite.

Place a piece of toast under the cut edge, put the heart-shaped edge on top, and fill the middle with strawberries in sugar water. My son loves this flavor the most.
