Red Panda Cookies – No Butter Version
Overview
I am very happy that Meitian is holding an event again, but I think there will be many friends who are as embarrassed as me, because having an oven is not considered a baking novice, nor can it be called a baking master, but we really haven’t learned what to do, but we want to actively participate in the event, so I have to post my work in this link. This is my first time making cookies. I post it here in the hope of getting guidance from mentors, so that I can grow with everyone!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare all ingredients
-
Heat the sugar in the milk and melt it
-
When cooling below 50 degrees, add vegetable oil
-
Add the whole egg liquid and stir evenly
-
Add baking powder and baking soda to the flour
-
Sift the flour into the milk liquid
-
Use a rubber spatula to mix well until the flour and liquid are completely mixed to form a dough (knead the cocoa powder dough in the same way). Put the two pieces of dough in the refrigerator for more than half an hour. It will be easier to work with when the dough is slightly hard
-
Take out the refrigerated dough and roll the cocoa dough into a uniform thickness (about 2~3 mm)
-
Follow the mold instructions: use a black mold to cut out the outline of the red panda's body and place it in the baking pan, leaving a certain gap between the biscuits.
-
Roll the original color dough into pieces
-
Use the white mold to cut out the panda's face and clothes, cover them on the black red panda's body, and press them gently.
-
Bake: middle layer of the oven, heat up and down to 170 degrees, about 20 minutes. (Depending on the thickness of the cookies, the baking time may increase or decrease)
