Spicy fried dried radish-----the taste of childhood
Overview
I remember when I was a kid, my mother would dry out a lot of dried radishes every season and put them in a jar. When I wanted to eat, I could scoop some out and eat it cold. I could stir-fry it with meat and eat it. I saw this at the vegetable market a few days ago and bought some decisively. Although it’s a little different from when I was a kid, it’s still good overall. It’s crunchy and spicy, and it’s an appetizer for meals.
