Overview
Muffincake is a soft cake structure obtained by using baking powder to rise. It does not require beating eggs, just add the ingredients according to the steps and mix well.

Materials are weighed and ready

Add caster sugar to the whole eggs

Add olive oil

Continue to mix until completely combined

Add 2 drops of lemon juice to the whole egg mixture
