Overview

Peanut paste is one of the traditional Cantonese desserts. Regular consumption can nourish the blood, nourish the skin, and strengthen the body. It is also helpful in treating pale complexion, lack of energy, lukewarm hands and feet, and weakness in waist and feet.

  1. Stir-fry over medium heat without oil until fragrant (it will turn brown slowly)
