Sticky rice was my favorite food when I was a child. Every household would fry it in a pot after winter, but I always feel that the one made at home is the most delicious.

  1. Glutinous rice.

  2. Rinse clean, add water to cover the rice noodles, soak for 1 hour before cooking or use the preset function to cook rice.

  3. Cooked rice.

  4. Prepare side dishes: sausage, mushrooms, shrimps, roasted peanuts, coriander, green onions.

  5. Crush the peanuts and cut other ingredients into granules.

  6. Heat oil in a pan, add sausage and stir-fry until fat is released.

  7. Then add the onions, shrimps, and mushrooms and stir-fry until fragrant.

  8. Add the steamed glutinous rice and stir-fry.

  9. Add soy sauce, fish sauce, pepper, and chopped peanuts, and stir-fry for about 5 minutes.

  10. Finally, sprinkle with coriander granules, mix well and serve.
