Fried glutinous rice
Overview
Sticky rice was my favorite food when I was a child. Every household would fry it in a pot after winter, but I always feel that the one made at home is the most delicious.

Glutinous rice.

Rinse clean, add water to cover the rice noodles, soak for 1 hour before cooking or use the preset function to cook rice.

Cooked rice.

Prepare side dishes: sausage, mushrooms, shrimps, roasted peanuts, coriander, green onions.

Crush the peanuts and cut other ingredients into granules.

Heat oil in a pan, add sausage and stir-fry until fat is released.

Then add the onions, shrimps, and mushrooms and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the steamed glutinous rice and stir-fry.

Add soy sauce, fish sauce, pepper, and chopped peanuts, and stir-fry for about 5 minutes.

Finally, sprinkle with coriander granules, mix well and serve.

The finished product, fragrant and glutinous fried rice is ready, home-made is the most fragrant!
