Green onion pancake
Overview
The aroma of green onions begins to fill the air as I cut it, and it stays with me until the cake is finished. Then it attracted my stomach buds and made me eat the scallion shortbread with great appetite. The fragrance is really beyond words. . . . .

-
Take out the dough, arrange it, put it in a basin, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it rest.

Cut the onions into chopped green onions and set aside.

After 20 minutes, the dough becomes soft, transfer the dough to the board.
-
Spread thin noodles and shape into a round shape.

Roll the dough into a large thin rectangle.
-
Cut two knives on the left and right thirds of the length of the dough, leave a section in the middle uncut, and make two more symmetrical cuts on the other side.
-
Brush the dough with oil and sprinkle with salt and chopped green onion.
-
Start folding the upper third of the right side of the dough toward the middle, then fold the lower third upwards.
-
Fold the folded part toward the middle left side of the dough, then fold the upper third toward the middle, and the lower third toward the middle.
-
Fold the remaining dough sheets in the same manner as above.
-
Fold the cake as shown in the picture.

Roll out the cake dough slightly and place it on a bamboo curtain to prevent it from sticking.
