Yogurt toast
Overview
Toast is always one of the bread families that I never get tired of (taste). I especially like to make bread, eggs, and milk as the main ingredients, without any other basic ingredients. The bread produced is white, soft, and pure, so good.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Bread machine dough, one cup of eight-joint cup for yogurt
-
Add all the ingredients except butter, and add butter to the second dough
-
Then ferment at room temperature, about 3 hours
-
The dough after rising is soft and has obvious air holes
-
Cut into small pieces and let rest for a few minutes
-
Brush the toast mold with cooking oil, press the three small doughs separately, squeeze out the air, roll them up and put them into the mold
-
The secondary fermentation was still at room temperature and took more than 1 hour. If it is winter, the time should be extended appropriately
-
Brush the top layer of bread with egg wash
-
Preheat the oven for a few minutes in advance, then put the buns in, bake at 150 degrees, top and bottom, turn on the hot air, and bake for about 20-25 minutes
-
Remove and let cool.
-
Broken apart, the threads are connected. The texture and taste are not inferior to those sold outside. The only difference is that the fragrance is not as strong. You know why.

My toast is still soft even after being kept at room temperature for the third day.
