Homemade yogurt
Overview
Yogurt is fermented from pure milk and retains all the nutrients of fresh milk. The fermentation process produces a variety of vitamins B1, B2, B12 and other nutrients necessary for the human body under the action of lactic acid bacteria. Yogurt is also a good source of calcium and is more nutritious than milk. Homemade yogurt is healthy, nutritious and has no additives. It is delicious when paired with various fruits or jams or made into milkshakes in the hot summer.
