Overview
The stir-fried enoki mushrooms really made me choke~~I coughed for a long time~~but I really can’t say much about the taste~~ This is a very simple and quick side dish that requires almost no cooking skills and no need to endure the high temperature of the stove. Boil the enoki mushrooms, add some seasonings and mix them. In the time it takes to sing a song, the dish is ready. How simple~~

Dice green and red peppers, mince garlic

Wash the enoki mushrooms, blanch them in boiling water, and quickly pick them up
