Last week, while watching the Japanese drama Lonely Gourmet, Chigoro ate Thai-style water spinach with sweet and spicy sauce. I suddenly wanted to try what sweet water spinach tastes like? Is it really that delicious?

Remove the yellow leaves from water spinach, cut into small pieces, wash and drain, and set aside.

Chop the garlic into minced garlic, heat the oil pan, add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add water spinach over high heat and stir-fry quickly.

Add a spoonful of Thai sweet and spicy sauce and continue to stir-fry over high heat.
