Mix the flour with water to form a hard dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Take a small piece of dough and knead it evenly, then use a rolling pin to roll it out into a thin dough, the thinner the better. Use a knife to cut into even squares of dough.

Spread the bean paste filling on the dough.

Place the bean paste filling in the middle, fold the dough up, turn it over, apply some water on the joint and press it tightly, pinch the dough at both ends to make a spring roll embryo.
