Overview
This cake was made for my mother-in-law's birthday. During this period of time, I haven't uploaded many recipes, so I took the time to make up for it. The cake base is cocoa chiffon. Mix butter, water and milk and bring to a boil

Add the beaten egg whites to the cocoa paste in three batches and cut evenly

Put it into the mold, shake it a few times, 160 degrees, and lower the layer for about 45 minutes
