Prepare the materials

Remove the leaves from the celery and cut the garlic into sections, slice the ginger, and prepare the minced garlic

Cut the fish head into small pieces

Mix soy sauce, bean paste, oyster sauce, a little sugar, and corn starch together, then add a little water and stir until ready

Add peanut oil and fry the salmon, then lower the heat and fry slowly. As the saying goes, you can't eat hot tofu in a hurry.

Fry one side until golden brown, then flip and fry the other side
