Bacon and ham pizza
Overview
The first time I made a pizza, the most annoying thing was that I didn’t know until baking that the cheese needed mozzarella cheese, and the one I bought was butter cheese...and I bought two...but it tasted pretty good, but unfortunately it didn’t have a smooth texture. This time I will just have a cream cheese version of the pizza, and next time I will get a brushed version, haha

Add yeast and sugar to a small amount of warm water and let it sit for about 2 to 3 minutes (as long as bubbles appear)

300g flour plus a little salt

Pour the activated yeast into the flour, add about 100g of water and dough

Cover the dough with plastic wrap and wait until it doubles in size

Cut bacon, ham, green pepper, red pepper, and cheese and set aside

Roll the risen dough into a large round cake, place it on a baking sheet, and use a fork (a few toothpicks can also be used instead) to poke countless small holes

Apply a layer of pizza sauce on the dough

Add the prepared ham, bacon, and green and red peppers (put them in the order of meat and vegetables)

After baking for about 25 minutes, take it out and sprinkle with cheese
