BBQ flavored white striped fish
Overview
White striped fish are freshwater fish. It is a common fish at low altitudes and likes to live in groups on the upper layers of water bodies such as streams, lakes and reservoirs. It mainly feeds on algae, but also on higher plant detritus, crustaceans and aquatic insects. Strong fecundity and adaptability. White striped fish meat is rich in vitamins and has the effects of nourishing and strengthening the stomach, diuresis and swelling, clearing away heat and detoxifying. The muscle fibers of fish are relatively short, the protein structure is loose, and the water content is relatively high. Therefore, the meat is relatively fresh and tender. Remove scales, internal organs and wash the white striped fish.

Make a few cuts evenly on the back of the fish to facilitate marinating and flavoring.
