Wash and drain the enoki mushrooms and arrange on a plate.

Remove the intestines and backs of the fresh shrimps, use a knife to gently cut them a few times to break the ribs, and wait for steaming to prevent them from rolling up.

Chop the garlic finely.

Sprinkle half of the minced garlic on top.

Boil the water during steaming and then steam for 10 minutes.

In another pan, fry the other half of minced garlic until fragrant.
