Yeast turns into water. The white one inside is Tang Zhong dough, I forgot to take a separate photo. Mix 20g flour and 100g water in advance and put it in the microwave for one minute. When the batter is cooked, let it cool.

First boil the oil and bean paste, then pour all the remaining ingredients into the basin

After kneading the dough, add oil and shake until a film appears. Generally, you can try to see if it forms a film after shaking it until it doesn't feel sticky. Place the dough to ferment

It takes about 1-1.5 hours for the dough to rise until doubled in size

Take out the dough to remove the air, divide it into small portions, and make a round shape

Bake in the oven at about 38 degrees, place a bowl of water, and let the bread ferment for half an hour
