Chrysanthemum Steamed Buns-Homemade Fancy Steamed Buns
Overview
I don’t dare to eat steamed buns bought from outside, and steamed steamed buns that are usually made with one-size-fits-all ingredients are a bit boring, so I might as well make fancy steamed buns. In my hometown, I would steam this kind of flowered buns during Chinese New Year and festivals to make it festive and lively. It tastes chewier and more delicious than cutting it out and steaming it!
