Brew coffee powder with boiling water, add salad oil, mix and set aside.

Fry or roast the walnuts and chop them finely.

Add all the sugar to the eggs and beat with a whisk until the egg batter lines do not disappear immediately.

Sift in the low-gluten flour and stir until there is no dry flour. Then pour the coffee oil mixture in step 1 into the batter in two batches and stir slowly evenly.
