Dragon Fruit Cake
Overview
When dragon fruit was put into the cake, I originally wanted it to appeal to a pink girl's heart, but I didn't expect it to turn into a yellow-faced woman after it was baked. Fortunately, it tasted great.

Prepare all ingredients.

Add sugar to whole eggs.

Beat until the egg batter is slightly white and textured.

Then add the dragon fruit pulp inside.

Continue beating until the egg batter and dragon fruit are combined.

Then add the flour and baking powder together.

Beat until no dry powder forms.

Add the corn oil and continue beating until combined.

Place the beaten cake into a piping bag, seal and refrigerate for one hour.

Preheat the oven again and pipe the cake batter into the mold.

Bake in the oven at 140 degrees for 20 minutes.

After baking, let cool and enjoy.
