Braised beans with diced pork and mushrooms

I made this for my daughter this morning, just a week after giving birth. It is necessary to eat some vegetables appropriately, so in order to not be short of vitamins, it must be light and delicious, and it must also increase immunity, so I added shiitake mushrooms and drank purple rice and millet porridge to eat it.

First add water to be level with the vegetables, then add the soaked mushroom water to cover the beans, cover and simmer, bring to a boil over medium heat, after about 15 minutes the beans are cooked and seasoned with a little salt to reduce the juice.
