  1. Mix the above 3 kinds of noodles, baking powder (adding baking powder tastes good), and white sugar into a container. Add and stir evenly. Add warm water and knead the noodles several times (because it is coarse grains and mix until it is slightly soft). Let it warm for 30 minutes and set aside. (If you have a soymilk machine at home, the leftover bean dregs can be used as a substitute for soybean noodles)

  2. Put water in the steamer and turn on the heat. Wait for steaming. Prepare half a bowl of water (to avoid sticking your hands) and dip it into the water to start making the steamed buns. Put in an appropriate amount of dough and form it into a round shape. Then use your right thumb to make a hole. Hold the dough with your left hand and rotate the steamed buns with the remaining four fingers of your right hand. After the dough is ready, put it directly into the steamer. Steam for 10 minutes after the pot is boiled

  3. Turn off the heat, wait for half a minute, remove from the pot and you’re ready to eat!
