This is the simplest kimchi pancake. I like the original flavor, so I didn’t add any other ingredients.

Prepare the following ingredients. Since I like to eat whole grains and will not gain weight, I chose cornmeal.

Chop the kimchi, shred the carrots, chop some green onions, add a little water and stir. Crack an egg into the cornmeal.

Pour the kimchi juice into the cornmeal row and stir. If it is dry, add an appropriate amount of water until it is almost thick.

Heat the pan, use a spoon to scoop a spoonful, a little distance from the surface of the pan, pour it down into a round shape, the batter today is a bit thin and not shaped. When there are bubbles on the cake, flip it over and bake the other side.
