Lemon Chicken Steak
Overview
I went to Tesco to buy something on the weekend. A new chicken steak shop opened in front of the supermarket. There were many people queuing up to buy it. But I didn’t want to join in the fun. It felt more secure to buy a few pieces of chicken breast and cook it myself. Cut a chicken breast in the middle to make two chicken steaks. Squeeze some lemon juice when marinating to make the gravy more tender and fresh. Add some broccoli and you can easily make dinner for one person. You don’t have to worry about gaining weight! A combination of meat and vegetables, rich in nutrients, suitable for all ages, one trick to win, and weekend meals can be easy.

Cut the chicken breast in half in the middle and use the back of a knife to loosen the chicken. It will be more flavorful when marinated and cooked more easily when fried

Cut two slices of lemon, squeeze the juice and rub the chicken evenly with the barbecue ingredients, marinate for 30 minutes to absorb the flavor (this step can be done in advance, so you don’t have to wait when eating)

Spread the marinated chicken with cornstarch, then add a layer of egg liquid, and finally put it into the bread crumbs and stick it evenly
-
Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot and heat it up, add the chicken cutlets and fry

Fry both sides until golden brown, remove and control oil
-
Blanch broccoli until raw (add some oil and salt to taste)
