Seaweed Shrimp Roll
Overview
I particularly like food that has fillings and ingredients, and the more fillings, the better. However, I have never been a big fan of sushi. I feel that most of the time, the proportion of rice is more, and the rice itself is white, which masks the flavor of the ingredients. I was thinking about mixing Chinese ingredients with the sushi method to make some small rolls. I used my dad’s favorite white shrimp, added some carrots and chives in the middle, and rolled it up with fried egg skin and seaweed. It looked very beautiful, and tasted really great! This year is the birth year of my parents and I, and my dad and I’s birthdays are only three days apart. In the past two days, my father has used this birthday to celebrate three times outside. He has not yet had a good meal at home, so he made some new tricks at home. I have always felt that Wanjia Denghuang is a very warm word. My father’s happiness, my mother’s happiness, and my sister and I’s good mood, plus good health, are all I need. More people will be added in the future, but that’s it for now. I wish my dad a happy birthday, good health, and happiness every day!
