Although the hot summer☀ is over, there is one dish that I can’t help but want to eat in winter❄. Today I’m sharing a simple and easy-to-make jelly. Q is elastic, tender and so delicious that you can’t stop eating😆

Prepare 32 grams of pure pea starch and 384 grams of water

Take a container and dissolve the pea starch with water.

Put 380 grams of water in the pot and bring to a boil over high heat.

Pour the melted pea starch slowly into the boiling pot while stirring quickly. Be sure to mix quickly and evenly to avoid lumps.

Fry the garlic, add sesame seeds, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and sesame oil.
