Oyster-flavored King Oyster Mushroom
Overview
(Baidu) Pleurotus eryngii is rich in nutrients, including protein, carbohydrates, vitamins, and minerals such as calcium, magnesium, copper, and zinc. It can improve human immune function and has anti-cancer, lowering blood lipids, moisturizing the stomach, and beautifying effects on the human body. Today’s king oyster mushroom is a vegetarian dish. I don’t want to eat anything too greasy during the Chinese New Year. The king oyster mushroom tastes a bit chewy, haha, it’s not meat but it’s a bit like eating meat. It not only satisfies the taste but also satisfies health.
