Braised small pumpkin
Overview
Pumpkin has very high nutritional value. It can prevent cancer. It can also effectively prevent and treat diabetes, lower blood sugar, improve the body's immune function, and promote the production of cytokines. To be honest, I don’t like eating pumpkins very much, so I seldom buy them. When I was shopping today, I saw little pumpkins like this. They looked very cute when they were small, so I bought a few. Based on my own imagination, I made this stir-fried pumpkin. Not to mention, it tasted really good. It was sweet and had a bit of burnt aroma after being stir-fried. It was particularly delicious.

This process requires low heat, and you need to simmer and fry at the same time to avoid burning the pan, until the pumpkin is fried until it is soft, burnt but not burnt

Finally, sprinkle with chopped green onions and stir-fry well before serving
-
Pour it out and it's ready to eat. It's soft, sweet and tastes good!
