Handmade Nougat Shaqima
Overview
Everyone in my family has the habit of drinking Gongfu tea. Sometimes after a few cups of tea, drinking tea on an empty stomach can easily make you feel flustered, so I like to make some tea for later use. This Shaqima is a good dish, and a glass of milk is also good for breakfast for children at home.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Weigh all materials and set aside
-
Mix the flour and eggs into the dough, let it rest for 15 minutes, roll it out with a rolling pin and cut it into noodles with a knife. It needs to be thin, as the noodles will swell when fried.
-
Heat vegetable oil to about 110 degrees, put a noodle in the pan and let it float to the temperature immediately. Put the noodles in the pan and fry until golden brown, remove and set aside
-
Melt the butter in a non-stick pan over low heat
-
Pour in the marshmallows and stir to melt
-
Pour in the milk powder and continue to stir
-
Pour in the fried noodles and stir-fry continuously. You can turn off the heat and use the residual heat of the pot to continue stirring
-
Place the mixed Shaqima dough on a square plate with oil paper, cover it with a piece of oil paper to prevent it from sticking to your hands, and flatten it with a rolling pin.
-
After cooling, cut into cubes with a knife, and the delicious and healthy Shaqima is ready.
