Milk snack pack
Overview
To make such a simple milk meal bun, you can knead the dough in a bread machine and shape it a little by hand. A little cotton-padded jacket can be made by one person. Although it is not perfect, I think it is good and worthy of encouragement.

Steps
-
Weigh the ingredients except butter and add them to the bread bucket in order of liquid first and then powder.
-
Start a dough kneading program. After the dough kneading program is completed, take a small piece of dough and test it. You can see that it can be stretched easily, but it is easy to break and the surface is rough.
-
Add previously softened butter and start a dough kneading process.
-
After the dough mixing process is completed, take a small piece of dough and pull out a very thin glove film, and that's it.
-
Shape the dough into a round, place it in a bread barrel, cover with plastic wrap and ferment.
-
Ferment until 2 to 2.5 times the size of the original dough. (Dip a little flour with your finger and poke a hole. The hole will not collapse or shrink. This way it is ready to ferment)
-
Take out the fermented dough and deflate it, divide it into 8 equal parts, roll them into balls and put them into a non-stick baking pan. If the baking pan is sticky, you need to line it with parchment paper.
-
Cover with plastic wrap and ferment. (Now that the temperature is high, just ferment at room temperature)
-
Ferment until doubled in size.
-
Ferment until doubled in size.
-
Bake in the preheated oven at 170 degrees for about 18 minutes.
-
Take out the cooked bread, pour it on the baking grid, and put it into a plastic bag for storage when it is dry to palm temperature.
