Asparagus and Shrimp
Overview
I saw my mother buying edamame, lotus root strips and lettuce. I went downstairs and wandered around the vegetable market, but after walking around for a long time, I bought asparagus for 5 yuan and 6 cents, shrimps for 22 yuan and chives for 1 yuan. I don’t blame my mother for always saying that she only buys three things when she gets old. In fact, I don’t know what to buy when I go to the vegetable market?

Prepared asparagus and prawns.

The asparagus scalp is always peeled off with a paring knife (some people pinch it and throw it away)

Wash the asparagus and cut it diagonally into sections.

Boil the water in the pot, add some salt and oil, add the asparagus and blanch it.

Take out the fried shrimp skin, stir-fry the shrimp meat with shrimp oil and serve.
