Soft dough pie
Overview
My husband and I both like pasta, but we didn’t dare to buy pancakes outside for fear of the oil, so we made our own celery and meat fillings and dried vegetable and meat fillings. Each of the two fillings has its own taste. In the end, when there wasn’t enough filling, I baked two red bean paste fillings.

Mix warm water with yeast water, dough and soft spots.

Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rise in a warm place.

Blanch celery and set aside.

Soak the musty dried vegetables in water and stir-fry the onions, ginger and garlic. After frying, it is best to steam them so that the dried vegetables are more fragrant and the meat filling melts.

Add seasonings to celery and meat fillings and mix into celery and meat fillings. Add dried vegetables and minced meat and set aside.

The risen dough is kneaded into balls, rolled into cakes, filled with fillings and flattened.

Put oil in the pan, put it in the pan and fry until golden brown on both sides.

The finished product of celery and meat filling is served with millet porridge. The cakes are relatively small and my husband ate 9 pieces haha.
