Cranberry toast
Overview
I especially like the softness of the toast with the mellow milky aroma. I don’t have a toast box, so I have been reluctant to buy one. At the beginning of this month, I was finally able to exchange for a toast box in the points mall. Unfortunately, it was never approved. Finally I couldn’t wait any longer. I bought a toast box on Taobao. I had received several recipes for making toast. With the toast box, I lost the whipped cream. The recipe I made for the first time was Chen Huan’s recipe. But I made a slight change to the original recipe and added dried cranberries. It was basically a success. It may be that the temperature of each oven is different and the baking time is better. I will shorten the time next time and try again. The texture inside is still quite delicate and the taste is super good. I will try other recipes next time. In short, I love toast very much. On a winter morning, the warm sun hits the window sill, two slices of toast, paired with a cup of fragrant milk or milk tea, it is really warm and cozy. A beautiful day starts with this warm breakfast.
