Ingredients
Steps
-
Crush the Oreo cookies and there is no need to remove the filling inside. Crush as much as possible.
-
Heat the butter in the microwave until it becomes liquid.
-
Pour the butter into the biscuits and mix well.
-
Place the mixed biscuits into the mold and press firmly. It must be pressed tightly. Then store the mold in the freezer.
-
Soften the cream cheese, add caster sugar, and place in a bowl. Beat with a whisk on high speed. If the temperature is low, it is recommended to put it in hot water.
-
Stir in cream cheese.
-
Add the eggs one by one. Add one egg and mix well before adding the other.
-
Take the juice of fresh lemon and add it to the cheese paste. Mix well.
-
Add cornstarch and stir evenly with a whisk.
-
Add rum and milk.
-
Mix well and the cheese paste is ready.
-
Because I am using a removable bottom mold (8-inch), wrap the bottom of the mold with tin foil, and then pour the cheese paste into the mold lined with biscuit base.
-
Preheat the oven, place the mold in a baking pan, and fill the baking pan with hot water. Bake at 160 degrees on the lower shelf of the oven for 1 hour.
-
Baked cake. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
-
Remove from the mold. You can use a hot towel to cover it when removing the mold.
-
Cut into pieces and serve.
-
The thick cheese taste and lemon fragrance are perfectly combined. So delicious.

Cheesecake paired with a cup of black coffee is a perfect pairing!
