  1. Cut the beans into sections with a diagonal knife.

  3. Heat oil in a pan, add pork and stir-fry until fragrant, add garlic slices and chopped green onion, stir-fry for a few times, add in green beans, add salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, chicken essence, oil, add water and bring to a boil, just enough to cover the beans.
