100% Chinese butter bread
Overview
Bread is an indispensable food for our breakfast, and it is also a delicacy that every baking lover must try. There are many types of bread, including American, European, whole wheat, etc., sweet, salty, strange, etc., as well as stuffed, nut-based, meat floss, etc., there are too many. What we often eat is sweet bread, and many baking enthusiasts make the most bread like the one in the picture. This kind of bread is simple and delicious. It is ideal to eat directly sliced, spread with jam, or processed into sandwiches. This bread is based on the original Chinese Hokkaido toast, replacing all the original egg whites with egg liquid, and adjusting the proportion of ingredients appropriately. The texture and taste are not inferior. It has also been a must-have delicacy on my family's morning table during this period.
