  1. Prepare two oil-free and water-free basins to separate the egg yolks and egg whites.

  17. Pour the cake batter into a square baking pan (lined with a layer of greaseproof paper in advance) and knock out any air bubbles.

  18. Place in preheated oven.

  19. Bake at 175 degrees for 22 minutes.

  20. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly, then remove the parchment paper.

  21. Use a flower-shaped mousse circle to press out small flower-shaped cake slices.
