Yogurt Strawberry Mousse
Overview
Although I like baking, in order to stay in shape, I don’t usually eat desserts such as mousse. Recently, my children and niece are home for the holidays, so I bake a lot more. This mousse is one of my favorite flavors, and it’s easy to make. Check it out if you like:

Prepare 3 slices of six-inch chiffon cake

Prepare raw materials

Wash and cut strawberries and set aside

Take 100 grams of yogurt (refrigerate for at least half an hour in advance), heat it over water (70 degrees), add gelatine slices, and dissolve completely. Stir occasionally.

Add the melted yogurt to the remaining 150 grams of yogurt and mix well.

Add animal fresh cream and sugar and beat until 60% fluffy, as shown in the picture.

Pour the yogurt gelatin solution into the cream and mix gently with a hand mixer to make a mousse paste.

Place it as shown in the picture (six-inch mold)

As shown in the picture, a layer of mousse paste, strawberries, and cake, a total of three layers

Smooth the surface so that the edges of the mold are preferably exposed. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours

Take it out of the refrigerator

Unmold (wrap a hot towel around the sides of the mold, or use a hair dryer) and decorate.

Cut.
