Stir-fried shredded garlic and bamboo shoots
Overview
A simple and delicious cold dish~ My friend’s aunt brought home-grown lettuce in the morning. It was so fresh when it was pulled out of the ground! It grows naturally and is relatively small in size, but the color is so beautiful, green and moist like emerald green, that I feel reluctant to eat it~
